An Italian company has won the rights to the use of the name STEVE JOBS. Vincenzo and Giacomo Barbato adopted the name in 2012 upon realizing that Apple had never trademarked "Steve Jobs. Initially, Apple had filed a lawsuit attacking the company's logo, which features a "J" with a bite mark and a leaf. An Italian court has ruled that the "J" is distinctive from Apple's logo, as the former isn't edible and thus its bitemark cannot be regarded as stealing from Apple's design.

The intention of the company is to apply Jobs to products, such as jeans, t-shirts, and bags at the moment but ultimately, they would be involved in the shipping of electronics which may put them in more direct conflict with Apple.
